Founding design-partner pilot

From property photo to a safer next decision.

Visual Issue Triage gives house managers a private mobile workflow to report visible problems, screen emergencies, prepare a work order, understand uncertainty, and request optional provider contact information.

Not an AI general contractor. Not a diagnosis, inspection, bid, repair authorization, dispatch service, or replacement for a licensed professional.

The narrow wedge

One high-friction workflow, solved end to end.

Generic estate software already exists. The investable wedge is the evidence trail between “something is wrong” and “the right person has a useful brief.”

01

Faster intake

Managers capture what happened once. The record stays with the issue.

02

Cost discipline

Broad planning bands come from controlled rules, never AI-generated quotes.

03

Customer-controlled contact

The manager receives a selected provider's business contact record and decides whether to make the call. The platform does not transmit the issue.

Customer workflow

Eight controlled steps. No autonomous repair theater.

Every step records what the platform knew, what it could not know, and who approved the next action.

  1. 01

    Safety gate

The manager answers six life-safety questions before any photo is accepted. A red flag stops analysis and displays the relevant emergency direction.

  2. 02

    Private capture

Up to three photos are re-encoded, stripped of ordinary metadata, and stored privately in the authenticated workspace.

  3. 03

    Visible evidence

AI describes visible observations, possible trade, missing evidence, and uncertainty. It does not claim a confirmed diagnosis.

  4. 04

    Human decision

An authorized reviewer claims the exact photo revision and must approve, override, or reject the preliminary assessment. AI cannot release provider options.

  5. 05

    Budget guardrail

After approval, a controlled price-book rule may show a broad planning band for eligible low-risk cases. The model never invents a dollar amount.

  6. 06

    Versioned work order

The approved issue becomes an immutable brief with symptoms, evidence, questions, exclusions, and items for an onsite professional to confirm.

  7. 07

    Customer choice

The manager may request two or three provider options supported by dated license, trade-scope, insurance, and listing-consent records, use an existing household vendor, or decline every option. Selecting an option reveals that provider's business contact to the manager. The beta never contacts the provider or sends customer data.

  8. 08

    Closed-loop outcome

The manager records the confirmed trade, final outcome, optional invoice total, and whether the planning band held.

Hard safety boundary

When risk rises, automation stops.

The platform withholds price guidance and routes to emergency or human review when evidence or conditions make automation unsafe.

Immediate stop

  • Gas odor, fire, smoke, sparking, or carbon-monoxide alarm
  • Water touching electricity or uncontrolled flooding
  • Collapse, sudden movement, or sewage in occupied space
  • Any condition that requires entering danger for a photo

Human review

  • Electrical, structural, roof, pool-electrical, mold-health, or hazardous-material concerns
  • Low-confidence or unsupported image evidence
  • A request for code, engineering, insurance, or safety conclusions
  • Any case where the visible symptom does not establish the scope

What the pilot must prove

A business is not investable because the demo looks expensive.

The pilot exists to produce evidence: paid use, safe behavior, recorded outcomes, repeat usage, and a support load that can scale.

10–20paid estate teams before expansion
500+reviewed issues for a credible evaluation set
0tolerance for known emergency-rule bypasses
90 daysto measure repeat use and operational retention

Customer choice, direct payment, privacy, and ownership disclosure

The customer may choose a presented professional, use an existing household vendor, or decline every option. Selecting a presented option reveals only that provider's recorded business contact to the customer. The beta does not contact the provider or send customer information, an issue summary, photos, an address, or access details. The customer contracts with, directs, and pays the selected professional directly. Private Estate OS does not collect repair funds, pay the professional, add a percentage to the repair invoice, or release money based on completion. Toure Construction LLC owns and operates this platform and may separately offer construction services. Any affiliated option must be identified before contact details are revealed. The founding pilot does not accept vendor referral compensation.
