1. What we offer
Private Estate OS Toolkit is a digital education and operations package made of electronically delivered workbooks, templates, sample entries, and implementation guidance.
The beta portal provides limited authenticated records and an experimental Visual Issue Triage workflow. It may summarize visible photo evidence, suggest a possible trade, identify missing evidence, prepare a work-order draft, and display a broad planning band only when a controlled rule permits it. It is not an emergency service, diagnosis, inspection, engineering analysis, code determination, repair scope, construction bid, contractor quote, warranty, certification, or professional license. A photo cannot establish safety or reveal hidden conditions.
The Property Operations Review, custom implementation, Agency Pilot, and Visual Issue Triage Pilot begin only after the parties sign a written agreement defining scope, fee, timing, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality, exclusions, data handling, and cancellation.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you purchase or apply for a company, household, estate, trust, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
3. Orders, price, payment, and delivery
The Toolkit price and included items are shown before checkout. You authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount and any tax disclosed there. Provide an accurate email address. At launch, a paid order is manually verified and the current Toolkit edition is sent by email within one business day. If it does not arrive, use the contact form.
An obvious pricing or description error may be corrected before delivery. If you do not accept the correction, the order will be refunded.
4. License and ownership
A purchase grants only the limited rights in the Digital Toolkit License. Toure Construction LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the materials, branding, and website content. Buying access does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, publicly post, remove ownership notices, create a competing product from substantial portions, upload substantial portions to a public AI-training dataset or repository, interfere with site security, or use the marks to imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or agency.
6. Professional and emergency scope
The Toolkit, website, and beta provide general educational, operational, and preliminary informational output. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, employment, security, engineering, architectural, medical, inspection, construction, emergency, or real-estate brokerage advice.
Do not wait for the platform during an emergency. Leave danger and call 911, the appropriate utility, or an emergency licensed professional. Never enter danger, climb, open walls or panels, touch wiring, enter a flooded or damaged area, or disturb suspected mold, asbestos, lead, sewage, or other hazardous material to use the service.
Any displayed cost band is a general planning range, not a bid or quote. It excludes hidden conditions and other listed assumptions. The customer must obtain an onsite evaluation and written quote from an appropriately licensed professional.
The Property Operations Review is an operational review of agreed information. It is not an audit, review, compilation, attestation, assurance engagement, or opinion performed by a certified public accountant. It does not certify building condition, vendor compliance, financial accuracy, security readiness, or life safety.
7. Referrals, results, and conflicts
No savings, accuracy, revenue, staffing outcome, property value, risk reduction, price, vendor performance, or other result is guaranteed. Third-party professionals operate independently. The customer may choose a presented professional, use an existing household vendor, or decline every option. The customer selects, contracts with, directs, and pays the selected professional directly. The platform does not negotiate repair scope or price, supervise work, authorize repairs, collect or release repair funds, pay the professional, add a percentage to the repair invoice, guarantee licensing or insurance, or accept completion responsibility. During the beta, selecting an option reveals the provider's business contact to the customer but sends no customer data to that provider.
Toure Construction LLC owns and operates the platform and may separately offer construction services. Any affiliated option must be clearly identified before its business contact is shown. The customer should compare multiple written bids. The founding pilot does not accept vendor referral compensation. Any future referral fee, commission, ownership interest, construction relationship, sponsored ranking, or other conflict would require advance disclosure, additional terms, and any legally required review before launch.
8. Refunds and service agreements
The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Toolkit purchases. Reviews, pilots, and custom services use the cancellation and payment terms in their separate signed agreement.
9. Site and beta availability
The public website, beta portal, AI provider, image processing, human-review queue, planning rules, and referral workflow may change, fail, be corrected, or be unavailable. The beta is provided for limited workflow testing and must not be used as the sole record for critical, life-safety, security, legal, financial, construction, or emergency information. Automated output is preliminary and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It cannot unlock a provider option until an authorized person reviews the current evidence revision, but human review is also limited and is not an onsite professional evaluation. A Toolkit purchase includes the edition delivered, not a guaranteed update subscription or portal entitlement.
10. Questions and changes
Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived. Changes apply prospectively from the posted date. Use the contact form for a purchase or terms question. The contracting seller for website purchases is Toure Construction LLC, California.
