Current approach
The public website uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled forms, text-based status messages, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, descriptive link text, and contrast designed for normal text readability.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We are continuing to test the site, beta portal, checkout handoff, workbook, guide, and future video content for keyboard access, screen-reader use, zoom and reflow, reading order, alternative text, captions, document structure, and form clarity.
Third-party services
Stripe checkout is operated by another company. We aim to select usable services and will help identify an alternative way to complete a task when reasonably practicable.
Request assistance
Use the contact form and choose “Accessibility support.” Include the page or document, the barrier encountered, and the format or assistance requested. Sharing assistive technology and browser details is optional. Do not include medical information. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.
