Digital Toolkit purchases
You may request a refund for a first purchase of the Private Estate OS Toolkit within 14 calendar days after delivery. Use the contact form from the purchaser's email address, choose “Private Estate OS Toolkit,” and include the order number. You do not need to provide a reason.
If a refund is issued, the associated license ends. You must stop using the materials and delete or destroy copies in your possession or control, except for any copy that applicable law requires you to retain.
Processing
We aim to respond to a refund request within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
After the 14-day period, a purchase is not refundable merely because the purchaser changed their mind. If files are materially defective, corrupted, missing from the stated package, or not delivered, contact us. We will first attempt replacement or correction and provide an appropriate remedy when that is not possible.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate. This policy does not limit rights available through a card issuer or applicable law.
Reviews, pilots, and custom services
Property Operations Reviews, implementation, Agency Pilots, and custom work are governed by separate signed agreements. Each agreement must state the deposit, cancellation deadline, rescheduling rules, authorized non-cancelable costs, work completed, and how any refund is calculated.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund, warranty, cancellation, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
