Independent provider network

Dated evidence records, not guarantees

Private Estate OS may present optional contact information for independent providers. The customer remains free to use an existing vendor, choose another provider, or decline every option.

Effective and last reviewed: August 22, 2026

1. Direct customer relationship

A presented provider is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or subcontractor of Private Estate OS. The customer contacts, evaluates, selects, contracts with, directs, and pays the provider directly. Private Estate OS does not collect repair funds, add a percentage to the repair invoice, negotiate the final scope or price, schedule or supervise the work, approve completion, or provide the provider's warranty.

Contact information is optional. A customer may use any provider, including one that is not presented by the platform, or decline every option.

2. Checks we record

For California work that requires a contractor license, the provider record is designed to show the exact legal business name, CSLB license number, relevant classification, public license status, expiration, the date the public record was last checked, and the date an administrator attested that the recorded classification covers every listed trade. The record may also show insurance-document type and expiration when current evidence has been received. A non-sensitive participation agreement or reference must identify the provider's consent to appear in the network.

Those checks are limited snapshots, not government approval or a promise of future status. License, discipline, insurance, availability, pricing, and personnel can change. Customers should confirm current information with the provider, insurer, and California Contractors State License Board before signing.

3. What a dated record does not mean

A provider record does not guarantee quality, honesty, safety, availability, pricing, code compliance, insurance coverage, or future performance. Customer reviews, ranking, advertising, ownership, and compensation must not be disguised as objective evidence.

Customers should obtain an onsite evaluation, compare written bids when practical, confirm the person and entity performing the work, and use an appropriate written contract.

4. Beta privacy boundary

Creating an issue, requesting options, or selecting a provider does not contact that provider. In the beta, Private Estate OS only reveals the selected provider's recorded business contact details to the customer. It never sends a provider the customer's account information, issue summary, property photo, address, access detail, or other customer data.

The customer decides whether to contact the provider and what to disclose outside the platform. Never share alarm or access codes, security plans, identity documents, private itineraries, or other highly sensitive household information. See the Security Practices and Privacy Policy.

5. Affiliation and ranking

Toure Construction LLC owns and operates Private Estate OS and may separately offer construction services. If Toure Construction is presented, the affiliation and potential financial benefit must be shown beside that option. The customer is never required to select it.

The founding pilot does not accept a percentage, success fee, or repair-invoice markup from a provider. Any future sponsored placement or other economic relationship would require clear labeling and advance disclosure before it could affect presentation.

6. Complaints, lapses, and removal

A provider record should be paused when a required license or recorded insurance document expires, provider listing consent is absent, a material status cannot be confirmed, or a serious complaint requires review. Every check is a dated snapshot. Use the contact form to report incorrect information or a concern.
