1. License grant
After full payment, Toure Construction LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased materials internally for one household or one estate portfolio under the same principal ownership.
2. Permitted use
- Download and retain a working copy.
- Print reasonable internal-use copies.
- Edit fillable fields and adapt templates for the licensed household or portfolio.
- Share necessary working copies with personnel or professional advisers supporting that household, provided they use the material only for that household and keep it confidential.
3. Separate license required
A separate written agency or professional license is required for multiple clients, unrelated principals, consulting customers, placement candidates, members, students, or customers of another business. The standard license does not authorize resale, white labeling, or distribution.
4. Prohibited use
- Selling, renting, sublicensing, publishing, posting, distributing, or giving away the materials.
- Using substantial portions as the basis of a competing course, template library, application, certification, or membership.
- Uploading substantial portions into a public or shared AI model, repository, or file-sharing service.
- Removing ownership notices or claiming authorship of unmodified material.
- Using the marks to imply endorsement, accreditation, partnership, or certification.
- Helping an unlicensed person or organization avoid the appropriate license.
5. No credential or software entitlement
The license does not confer a professional credential, employment qualification, certification, franchise, territory, referral right, software subscription, portal entitlement, update subscription, or right to provide regulated services.
6. Updates, support, refunds, and termination
The license covers the edition delivered at purchase. Updates, new editions, custom modifications, and ongoing support are included only when the order page expressly says so. The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if the purchaser materially breaches it. On termination, use must stop and copies must be deleted or destroyed except where retention is required by law.
